Hadith:

As for Jabir RA, he said, “That the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) usually goes behind him on a journey, he helps the weak to find troupes and places them on the vehicles he rides and prays for.”  

Hadith Description: 

1. The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) was very humble and concerned with the condition of his companions as well as the weak in all situations.
2. Islam requires every Muslim to pray to his fellow believers for the good of the world and the hereafter.
3. A leader should examine the condition of his weak congregation and meet their needs.
4. Praying for the weak and discouraged.
