Resepi Asam Pedas Asli Melaka (Ikan Tongkol)

Resepi:

– 3 biji bwg merah

– 2 ulas bwg putih

– 2 cm kunyit hidup

– 2 cm halia

– 2 cm belacan

– 1/2 sb lada hitam

– 1 sk halba

– 1/2 mangkuk cili kisar

– 2 ketul ikan tongkol (digoreng dahulu)

– 3 sb air asam jawa

– 1 biji tomato

– 3 btg serai

– 1 btg bunga kantan

– bendi – daun kesum

– 400ml air

– 3/4 sb gula

– 1 sk garam
